The Client agrees not to disclose, use, or copy any Confidential Information for any purpose other than the engagement specified. For certain projects, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required before work commences. The obligations of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Automation Shard, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Automation Shard, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
6. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Automation Shard from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Canada, Quebec, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Canada, Quebec for the resolution of any disputes.
